It requires absolutely NO coding knowledge, Internet connection, a Free Adobe Flash Player but NO purchase of a Flash editing software suite. Other relatively low cost mapping programs (in the hundreds of $) are good for viewing information on maps. géoColor Explorer II is for people who want to make maps for quick decisions.
Ease of use. A novice can start creating maps straight away, you do not have to be a GIS expert. In less than an hour you can learn how to visualize your data on a Map, with Google Map displayed on the background as a reference Map.
